Jessica joined EPIC as a mentor in 2017 and is now leading the expansion to Los Angeles as the Program Director. She is dedicated to providing access, professional support, and mentorship for disabled artists and is so grateful to be a part of EPIC's growth. Beyond her EPIC pursuits, Jessica is a comedian, actress, and content creator.

Hailing from Texas, Donovan is a singer, actor, and producer.

Recently launching his company Good Judy Studios to promote mental health awareness within brown and black communities through queer stories of color, Donovan seeks to amplify marginalized voices with his work. Ty is an LA-based actor who received a degree in Theatre from Northwestern University. Recently, he can be seen in shows like Manifest and The Blacklist.

Ty is passionate about working in and fostering spaces in which everyone feels safe enough to be vulnerable and perform.

Sydney is so grateful to be a member of the EPIC Team in LA! She joined EPIC as a mentor and teaching artist for the launch of the LA expansion in early 2024.

She has a background in theatre spanning over a decade that includes a variety of Broadway and regional theatre gigs. She now loves having the opportunity to share her passion for the craft in inclusive environments.

Christopher Baker is a teaching artist, actor, and youth arts educator with over a decade of experience in Los Angeles and Florida. He is the founder of Kids & Acting, a creative arts program for young performers, and has taught with organizations including Dramatic Results, Unusual Suspects Theatre Company, and Chromolume Theatre. He holds a BFA in Acting and completed the Meisner conservatory program at Baron Brown Studio. Stage credits include The Color Purple. He’s excited to join EPIC Players as a mentor and build alongside this community.

Cecil Jennings is a Theatre and Film Professional originally from Jacksonville, Florida, who received his Bachelor in Fine Arts from Florida State University. Along with being a performer, Cecil is a set builder, director, writer, and teaching artist. Cecil has led the Actors Workshop at Theatre West, mentored with TinySpotlight LA, and taught Shakespeare Workshops throughout the LA area. Currently serving on the Artistic Board of Theatre West, and as a company member of Bardo Theatre Company, Cecil aims to enrich the lives of artists and audiences through the power of live Theatre. As a mentor/teaching artist, Cecil is thrilled to join the Epic Players team in their tenth year as a company!

Leah Verrill is an actor, educator, and performing artist with many years of professional experience in theatre, film and television. She holds a BFA in Theatre from Emerson College, with a minor in Dance. She lives in Valley with her husband, their two children and cats Pancake and Avery. She believes performing is about connection, collaboration, expression and giving every player the freedom to be themselves.”
